BOX 63

BOX 63, a new space concept offering maximum flexibility for your business, was created in Bironico.

BOX 63 offers 15 boxes from 119 sqm to 575 sqm, all with driveway access and sectional door. The areas will be delivered unfinished and are customisable for every need, ideal for craft workshops, warehouses, offices and showrooms. Our garages are strategically located on the cantonal road 1.5 km from the Rivera motorway entrance and 900 metres from the Rivera - Bironico railway station.

Each sector has its own entrance and is equipped for water, light and heating. Our boxes are modular and can be joined together to create larger areas.
