Most importantly, they are all devoid of any sort of architectural barriers, allowing you to move with ease. Also available the Residence’s tenants are a large communal park, a vegetable garden, and additional space specifically dedicated to social activities.
 
Designed with the needs of elderly people in mind, the Residence offers an intermediate housing solution where, in collaboration with the Association for Assistance and Home Care of Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio, care, assistance and socialization services are provided. Guests can organize their time in absolute freedom, choosing the privacy and intimacy of the apartment or relaxing and having fun by participating in the activities.
